Marcin Zieliński – President of Board

Experienced financial manager in the areas of financial arrangement and M&A transactions. Minority shareholder and partner in Dąbrowski Finance, a Warsaw based – specialized strategic advisory and investment banking boutique.

During the first 12 years of his career he worked in such reputable international banks as Raiffeisen Bank Polska and ING Bank, where which he was responsible for business relations with the largest corporate clients and financial institutions. In 2006 he became responsible for the acquisition of BISE Bank by Bank DnB NORD Group, Kopenhaven. Post-acquisition, he took part in the integration process of the banks: BISE and Bank DnB NORD Polska.

During 2008 and 2009 he was responsible for portfolio management of non-core assets of the Energa Group and was CEO of ZEP Handel Sp. z o.o., a specialized electric goods trading company. He also was a member of the Supervisory Boards of Energa Group portfolio companies: ZEP Mot and ZET Energohandel.

Marcin Zieliński cooperates with Esperotia in the acquisition of the biogas projects for SFW Energia, a member of the Evonik Group. He also participates in the other projects for Esperotia and PGI.

Christopher Jasiak

Christopher Jasiak is a privately held investment management company that focuses on investments in IT, Internet and Green Energy. Most recently Mr. Jasiak was the CEO of Wakacje.pl, Poland’s leading on-line travel agency. Prior to that, Mr.  Jasiak was also the CEO of Forrest Equity Management and is the co-founder and ex-Vice President of MCI S.A.

During his 15 years of management experience in the Polish market, Mr. Jasiak has raised over $75 million in Capital, has been lead manager in re-structuring 8 companies and held executive positions at Forrest Equity Management (CEO) Money Express (CFO) Poland.com (CEO) Dell (Finance Director and Deputy Country Manager) and EDS Poland (Finance and Administrative Manager). Mr. Jasiak is also an active entrepreneur with extensive experience in managing start-ups and a co-founder of the Young Entrepreneurs’ Association (RMP). Mr. Jasiak graduated from the University of Arizona (BA) and Katz Graduate School of Business (MBA) and has completed International Studies at the Warsaw Main School of Commerce. Mr. Jasiak holds dual US and Polish citizenship and speaks fluent English, Polish and Russian.

Jan Bartkowiak

MA in food production, a graduate from the University of Poznań, Ohio State University (agronomic studies) and the London School of English. For several years Jan worked at the agri-food corporation Interpegro, where he worked in management and marketing of agricultural commodities around the world.

Zofia Borowska – Dyrektor ds. technologii

Absolwentka Politechniki Warszawskiej  Wydziału  Mechatroniki oraz Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego, Wydział Administracji i Zarządzania.

Główną aktywnością zawodową była praca w zakresie projektów inwestycyjnych. Prowadziła projekty i działy inwestycyjne w takich firmach jak SHELL, Polkomtel a od 2006 roku zarządzała głównie projektami z obszaru energetyki odnawialnej. Uczestniczyła, początkowo w projektach CNG jako Prezes Spółki CNG Polska, następnie  jako Prezes kilku spółek działała  w obszarze energetyki wiatrowej.  Od 2010 działała  w obszarze projektów biogazowych oraz bioetanolowych  jako Prezes Spółki BioProfit.

Obecnie kontynuuje pracę w sektorze energetyki biogazowej w EEI SA, gdzie jako CTO odpowiada za sprawy technologiczne.
